Intro to Bellydance

Let the art of bellydancing teach you how to love your body & find your joy. This 60 minute intro class is geared for women of all ages with little to no dance experience. You'll learn some basic bellydance moves & how to put them into combos to make you feel beautiful, graceful & strong! Be prepared to have fun, get comfy with your body, & make some new friends all while getting some low impact exercise.
