Looking to try something new and be a part of a great little community? Give bellydance a try! Be prepared to have fun, get comfy with your body, and make some new friends all while getting a some low impact exercise. It's okay if you've never danced a day in your life! We'll start with the basics and by the end you'll know enough to dance a complete choreography.

The Bellydance Back to YOU course is created just for the busy mom. Take a few minutes each day for yourself to reconnect with who you are outside of being "mom". It gives your body a chance to move in a way that feels good. It gives you a path to rediscover your joy and your courage. Start your journey to rediscovering who you are today!
